Privacy Policy & Support
Effective date: 19 October 2026
In short
AskSure helps you judge whether an AI is likely to have enough reliable information to answer a question. It does not require an account, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites. Your question is sent for scoring only after you explicitly choose to run an assessment.
Who we are
AskSure is provided by Digital Pulse d.o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For privacy questions, data requests, or support, email hello@digitalpulsedoo.com.
Information the app handles
- Question text. AskSure handles the question that you type or paste. It may contain personal information if you choose to include it.
- Assessment results and settings. AskSure can save completed assessments, including the submitted question and score, plus your analysis-permission and history-saving preferences locally on your device.
AskSure does not ask you to create an account and does not deliberately attach an account identifier or device identifier to an assessment request.
How scoring works
When you choose to assess a question, AskSure sends the question text over the network to TypeSafe’s service at typesafe.pro. The service returns structured probability scores that AskSure uses to estimate whether a general-purpose AI is likely to answer reliably, need sources or clarification, or risk an unsupported answer. This is an estimate, not a guarantee of correctness.
TypeSafe processes submitted text as a service provider for this feature. Its handling of information is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive information that you would not want a third-party analysis provider to process.
Local storage and your choices
- Completed assessment history is stored locally on your device for up to 30 days and is limited to 100 results. You can delete individual items or clear all local history from Settings.
- AskSure does not save unfinished question drafts. Your analysis-permission and history-saving preferences are stored locally and can be changed in Settings.
- AskSure does not use CloudKit to sync assessment history.
No advertising or tracking
AskSure does not sell personal information, use advertising SDKs, use analytics SDKs, or track you across apps, websites, or services for advertising purposes.
Security
Local content is protected using the data-protection controls available on your device. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to assess.
Your rights and questions
You can control AskSure’s locally stored data directly in the app. For questions, concerns, or applicable privacy-rights requests, contact hello@digitalpulsedoo.com. We may update this policy when the app or its processing changes; the effective date above will be updated with the new version.
Support
For help, open an issue at github.com/AskSure/AskSure/issues or email hello@digitalpulsedoo.com. Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment information, or the full text of sensitive questions in a public issue.
